Der Brotmacher GmbH (medium-sized bakery) and MBComponents (components and systems for bakery technology), both companies score with decades of experience in their specialist areas, which forms the basis

of today's company "VSR Bakery Systems GmbH".

There are happy coincidences in life. In 2018, Mr. Heinz-Gerd Köhler (Owner of Der Brotmacher GmbH) and Mr. Ralf-Dirk Mottner (Managing Director of MBComponents) met for the first time at a meeting to implement a project. At that time, Mr. Köhler was already refining his dough for years by adding pre-dough to improve the quality.

At the same time, the idea of roasting and cooking

(grain cooking piece) in one system was in the air.

Long story short, passion and ambition were kindled on both sides. So what could be more obvious than forming a symbiosis of both companies for the benefit of all bakeries.
